Job Description
- Will aim to exceed sales targets.
- Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by researching, evaluating advertising ideas, and developing marketing opportunities and plans; by planning, developing field sales campaigns, trade promotion programs, and implementing sales strategies.
- Provide assistance and support to accredited brokers/sales agents in achieving sales goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any Business related course;
- Having an MBA and/or being a Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage;
- With at least 5-years of supervisory/ management experience in property sales and marketing;
- Must have extensive experience in dealing with brokers, sellers, and agents;
- Must have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Willing to work in Cagayan de Oro.
