Job Description
- Reports to CCO.
- Leads the design, implementation, and delivery of classroom, online, and blended learning modules associated with the on-boarding of new merchants.
- Create and Administer the Creation of Goods.ph University/ GoodSkwela.
- Source and build orientation content for New Merchant Orientation.
- Coordinate and facilitate orientation sessions.
- Create and administer the e-learning component of orientation.
- Assist operations with customized on-boarding initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding initiatives.
- Ensure all orientation content is current and makes a quality first impression.
- Will be responsible for the new merchants adjustment and learning period (1st month) before endorsing to Key Accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bacherlor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalanet
- At least 2 years of working experience in conducting training.
- Self-motivated can do attitude, enthusiasm for the Internet and its possibilities.
- Outstanding communication and convincing skills.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numbers.
- Fluent in Filipino and English.
- Good command of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Creative and knowledgeable in a lot of artistic mediums.
- Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting both over the phone and in person.
