- To contribute to the strategic planning of an annual, medium or long term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objectives.
- Planning and organizing of events, seminars, exhibitions as well as launching of new products. Liaise with suppliers and Product Managers on these events.
- Entails logistics and manpower planning. Ensure effective roll out of events and evaluate the degree of success of these events.
- Organizing and liaising with the designers in the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, calendars and gifts.
- Effective distribution of marketing materials to the potential customers to generate leads.
- Cold calls to target potential customers to generate and qualify leads.
- To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
- General administrative matters of the marketing department.
- Managing the system software, ensure qualify data and regularly maintain and update customers contact information in the database.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder in any course preferably Business Management /Marketing;
- With good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Knowledgeable in graphic designing for marketing;
- With computer literacy;
- Has the ability to multi-task and be resourceful, with a high degree of initiative;
- Willing to be assigned in NCR office at Libis, Quezon City.
