Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience focusing on sales and marketing scientific instrumentation in the areas of semi-conductor, life science, and food, feed & agriculture industry.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs experienced employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
Job Description

Aim of Function

To profitably grow the business by exceeding sales & profit objectives and managing to be a strategic partner with customers and suppliers in the semicon industry, life science and food,feed & agriculture industry thus enabling DKSH to become the leader in market expansion services.

Main Duties

  • Deliver assigned annual GM target.
  • Manages assigned accounts by identifying and executing short to medium-term sales strategies in alignment with business goals.
  • Negotiates most favorable contract prices and terms to maximize targeted revenues and GM* of assigned products*, as well as minimize related expenses.
  • Prepares all sales-related materials such as, but not limited to quotations, proposals, promotional materials (flyers, brochures etc.)
  • Ensures full customer satisfaction by providing up-to-date technology seminar and product presentation, prompt response to customer inquiries such as but not limited to presentation of proposals, on-time delivery of products, after-sales services and bridging of customer requirements, with DKSH internal processes and services.
  • Coordinates with support groups within DKSH BU Technology and DKSH Phils (service and application group, sales and service admin
  • Gathers and regularly update customer information such as but not limited to contact details
  • Gathers and regularly input and update leads, opportunities and quotations submitted.
  • Maintain funnel health of at least four times the assigned annual budget.
  • Accurately submit reports include but not limited to monthly forecast, monthly summary of submitted quotations, monthly progress reports of project lists, weekly schedule of activities, weekly activity reports.
  • Develops new projects, acquires and develop new customers, increases wallet share / market share of existing accounts to profitably grow business.
  • Generates market insight by gathering information (competitive rates, activities, market trends, organizational changes, network of toll manufacturers, third-party providers/contractors) to more effectively determine appropriate product solutions and packages.
  • Prepares and conducts presentations to customers.
