Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports and analyses such (i.e. sales decks, sales reports, etc.)
- Propose and execute relevant solutions derived from analyses
- Identify opportunities for improvement in Sales Team’s operations and processes
- Assist the Head of Sales in providing strategic advice to the CEO and management
- Assist the Head of Sales in admin-related tasks
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred experience & education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics or any related field
- Approximately 1 year of experience
Preferred competencies:
- Exceptional analysis and structured thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and keen eye for grammar and numbers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google programs
- Ability to multitask and handle stress
- Can work efficiently even under pressure and strict deadlines
- Positive work ethic despite flexible working hours
- Willingness to learn
