Job Description
- Lead strategy and conceptualization of information, education, and communication (IEC) campaigns to raise awareness of company/brand/product milestones and advocacies
- Organize and manage teams for the production of creative campaign materials for use across traditional and digital channels (e.g., videos, infographics, social media content)
- Participate in IEC media launch and advocacy events and facilitate relationships with third-party spokespeople, advocacy partners, and industry organizations to support IEC efforts
- Maintain relationships with key media outlets covering education, business, and technology sectors; secure press release/interview placements to build awareness of company/brand/product milestones and advocacies
- Evaluate and identify high-value events/conferences/ awards opportunities to build awareness of company/brand/product milestones and advocacies
- Conduct regular reporting and analyses of IEC campaign metrics, results, and audience insights
- Manage budgets, monthly accounting, staffing projections, and timelines for IEC campaigns
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 8-10 years of work experience specifically in the field of marketing
- Background in advertising, marketing, digital marketing, or digital media is required
- Has managed a brand with financial accountabilities
- Has managed a brand’s social and digital channels that include development of creative material and organic/paid marketing
- Has launched a successful brand/product with an integrated marketing campaign
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record in achieving KPIs and managing cross-functional teams
- Passionate about education
- Highly organized, motivated self-starter, data-driven, and abreast of market trends
- Experience in the education sector is a strong advantage
