Technical Community Manager  

Social Media Management

• Adept at managing platforms: such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Snapchat, among others
• Monitor and report performance of Social Media campaigns and recommend strategies to improve future campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media tools and best practices.

Email Marketing

• Conceptualize unique, engaging, and relevant email marketing campaigns
• Write content and design layouts for all editorial and native email campaigns.
• Monitor and report performance of email campaigns and recommend strategies to improve performance.
• Monitor and respond to comments on the support email in a timely manner.

Insight Generation and Reporting

• Perform content research (through social listening tools, community engagement, monitoring of trends, Google Analytics, etc.) and report valuable insights
• Design and conduct user surveys to gain new insights and validate data
• Report project status to all relevant stakeholders

Project Management

• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensure the feasibility of the project
• Develop, measure, and properly budget project plan to effectively track the progress of the project performance using the necessary tools and techniques,
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Develop and maintain thorough project documentation

Client Management

• Foster and maintain relationships with clients
• Meet with clients to discuss briefs and clarify specific requirements of the project
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for the efficient execution of projects

• Bachelor’s Degree in any IT field
• At least 2-3 years of experience of client-facing or prior work in project management
• Has background doing projects on tech
• Time management: The TCM will work with employees, clients, and management, often spinning multiple plates at once
• Budgeting: The TCM is expected to keep and maintain a budget
• Analytical Skills: The TCM will need to solve problems that may occur during a typical work day. The TCM will be analyzing data and making decisions on a regular basis that affect the project
• Verbal Communication: The TCM will need excellent client-facing skills and internal communication skills
• Organizational Skills: The TCM should have solid organizational skills including keen attention to details and multitasking skills
• Presentation Skills: Well versed in using our presentation tools and can communicate his/her reports well to an audience
