Digital Marketing Associate  

Responsible for the planning, execution, analytics and optimization of various digital marketing campaigns and projects that support growth objectives of Edukasyon.ph:

Drive traffic to the website via social media, email marketing, search engine optimization or other online channels through product launch campaigns, other brand campaigns and digital marketing projects.

Doing this includes, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Campaign creation and management
• Content planning maximizing digital channels for target audience
• Collaborating with Marketing on collaterals
• Digital analytics and reporting
• Overseeing comment moderation
• Content Writing
• Other online activities and channels (events, podcast, etc)

Other responsibilities that aid in the efficient completion of above:

• User research necessary for data collection and validation of online findings
• Stay on top of digital marketing trends that affect Growth objectives
• Coordination with other members of the Growth team and Edukasyon.ph

Preferred experience and education

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or related field
• Experience with content writing and management
• Good understanding of the target market
• Experience with user research (qualitative or quantitative)

• Familiar with digital analytics and managing website content
• Ability to complete tasks and responsibilities independently with limited or no supervision at all
• Possess team spirit and be able to interact professionally and otherwise with other members of staff
• Ability to communicate excellently both in written and verbal forms
• Possess top class Internet proficiency
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver top quality jobs consistently
• Possess positive attitude, sound judgement, and top level professionalism
