Chief of Staff

Job Description

Strategic Support

  • Provides strategic advice to the C-level executive to improve the daily management of the company
  • Assists the C-level executive in facilitating effective decision-making by providing evidence-based analyses and insights
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research as needed by the C-level executive
  • Create analyses, insight reports and presentations as needed by the C-level executive
  • Operational Support
  • Plans and directs all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the C-level executive
  • Acts as a point of contact between top management and employees or other stakeholders

External Representation

  • Serve as the representative of the C-level executive in various external events and in emergencies
  • Assesses inquiries directed to the C-level executive, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage


  • Address immediate and urgent concerns and action steps on behalf of or in lieu of C-level executive

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or any related field
  • At least 2 years in investment banking, consulting, or management, or any related field

Preferred competencies

  • Data-savvy, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
  • Ability to create analytical models through Excel or other tools
  • Strong presentation skills
