Job Description
- Develop internal and external campaigns for edukasyon.ph and its branded partners, from conceptualisation until final execution and implementation.
- Assist the Associate Creative Director in managing the creative teams and freelancers in ideation, conceptualization, and execution of all creative campaigns, ensuring the work aligns with the strategy and can be implemented across all relevant channels.
- Align all creative campaigns with the Associate Creative Director and Marketing Team to ensure cohesion of all materials.
- Assist and oversee the delivery of the team OKRs and weekly creative targets.Support creative team in delivery of their individual OKRs.
- Work with production houses or any relevant third party suppliers for the execution of the creative campaigns. Oversee quality, timely delivery of work, and alignment with brand strategy.
- Create and deliver copy and scripts for key visuals, social posts, quizzes, articles, GIFs, storyboards, concept boards, presentation decks, and other relevant creative materials.
- Clear all work with the Associate Creative Director and/or Marketing Head to ensure work meets internal standards of quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has excellent written and oral communication skills, both English and Filipino
- Highly creative and can write for various media
- Passionate about education
- Team player, detail-oriented, fast learner, and has a strong sense of responsibility
- Background in advertising, SEO writing, marketing, or PR is a plus
- Must have portfolio with 3-5 writing samples (short-form or long-form; for any medium i.e. newspaper, magazine, web, etc.; written in English or Filipino)
