Creative Director  

KEY OBJECTIVE:

To improve user acquisition through and maintain growth of Edukasyon’s online content channels

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creative

1. Lead the ideation and production of editorial and native (sponsored/paid/branded) content materials for Edukasyon’s online content channels- website, blog, YouTube, and social media
2. Ensure that all content materials are on-brand and consistent in terms of Edukasyon’s style, quality, tone, and strategy
3. Improve internal production workflow optimizing for increased capacity, efficiency, and quality
4. Establish ways of working between content teams and the rest of the company optimizing for cost, speed, efficiency, and quality.
5. Pitch integrated marketing campaigns and present team-wide initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Strategic

1. Map out a content strategy with the Editor-in-Chief and Multimedia Director that supports and extends the overall B2C marketing strategy of the company.
2. Build and grow the content business of the company while maintaining editorial integrity and standards.
3. Recommend strategies to meet user acquisition and engagement targets of Edukasyon’s online content channels- website, blog, YouTube, and social media

Management

1. Supervise the administrative, operational, and financial requirements of two content teams- blog and multimedia
2. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance of two content teams, together with the Editor-in-Chief and Multimedia Director

• At least 5 years experience in a related field or role
• Must have previously held a supervisory role
• Background in advertising, marketing, publishing, or digital media is required
• Passionate about education
• Highly organized, team player, data-driven, and abreast of creative trends
