UI/UX Designer  

• Wireframe, flowchart, prototype, and create hi-fidelity designs
• Bring solid research and discovery practices to inform design and UX solutions
• Craft beautiful and elegant user-centered solutions
• Partner with our engineers, product designers, PMs, and stakeholders to oversee user experience for products and features from conception to launch
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with engineers and designers
• Provide and seek feedback from other designers to always push quality output

We are looking for a dynamic, problem-solver and creative individual who’s always hungry to learn and work in a fast-paced start-up industry. As a UI/UX Designer at Edukasyon.ph, you will have the opportunity to work with a fast-growing EdTech Company in the Philippines that helps millions of youth find their story. You will be working closely with the product and engineering team in enhancing our platform.

Your workflow includes user journey mapping, wireframing, design strategy, prototyping, user research, usability testing, and visual design.

We take the human-centric approach seriously in solving design challenges and are focused on giving our users the best experience when using our platform.

Key Qualifications

• An excellent communicator who can work well with different teams
• 3+ years of web and mobile UX / UI design experience
• Experience with the full range of product, interaction, and visual design
• Experience in validating designs by doing user testing, A/B testing, surveys, user research, working closely with product managers to improve and enhance our designs.
• Talent in creating and maintaining consistent design systems
• Ability to clearly communicate product strategy, design rationale and conceptual ideas
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and prototyping tools.
• A portfolio of best product work that demonstrates strong design and UX skills
