- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Handle consumer complaints about the quality of products.
- Attend meeting with executive officers both national and local clients.
- Closely coordinates with sales posting requirements.
- Coordinate SCO/CPO Managers on posting new product line.
- Provide periodic reports and recommendations of employees for future assessment.
- Compile list of prospective clients for sales leads based on information from business directories, newspaper, referrals and other sources.
- Maintain and updates, as required customer and company contracts, presentation, proposal and general sales records regarding ongoing sales activity.
- Schedule of appointments directly to the clients prepare and deliver effective sales product presentation to the prospective clients.
- Conduct proper training, seminar and orientation in terms of product knowledge.
- Checks control and activities of the Account Executive, Junior Sales Representative and Sales Coordinator.
- Provides regular feedback and reports directly to the Top Management.
- Give ideas and recommendations to do a good price point marketing strategy for future plan.
- Conduct product orientation to all Account Executive, JR Sales Representative.
- Conduct daily meeting updating sales, concerns and daily forecasting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business; Studies/Administration/Management; Finance/Accountancy/Commerce or any related course or equivalent;
- With AT LEAST 2 years of Assistant Manager/Managerial experience in Sales and/or Marketing or Corporate;
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
- Must have a working knowledge in budget preparation and monitoring;
- A Good Leader, Team Player. Self-disciplined. highly motivated, and with a good sense of ethic and has an engaging personality
