Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and role capabilities for open requisitions.
- Ensure that the recruiting process is carried out consistently with the highest quality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Build talent pipelines and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Review applications, conducts phone screens and interviews, refers candidates for additional interviews and performs reference checks.
- With a focus on results, manage candidate and hiring manager expectations during the entire recruitment, selection, and hiring process, ensuring that the Finish Line brand remains positive in the eyes of candidates, internal customers, and the community.
- Proactively utilize technologies for data mining and innovative recruitment approaches, including talent pipelining, including but not limited to the following: job board advertising, job fairs, interviews, LinkedIn, and networking with professional organizations and associations to increase the pool of qualified applicants.
- Assist in the college recruiting efforts and internship activities.
- Proactively identify and participate in relevant career fairs and networking opportunities.
- Additional duties and projects as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Gradudate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course.
- With 3 to 5 year recruiting experience, preferably in IT industry.
- Strong preference for recruiting experience in technology, financial services, payment systems, or other highly technical and competitive hiring culture.
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented working style.
- Strong team player, with commitment to collaborative and communicative relationships.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and judgment.
- Ability to quickly build relationships, handle multiple priorities, organize workload.
