Job Description

The Legal Assistant is responsible in providing assistance to the Law Office by managing the online calendar system as well as their other legal documents. She/he is responsible for gathering all facts and events relevant to the case via phone interview. Follows up pending cases as necessary.

  • Scheduling and online calendar system management
  • Interviewing witnesses
  • Interviewing new clients on the telephone
  • Drafting a timeline of all facts and events in date-chronological order
  • Drafting questions to ask witnesses
  • Drafting complaints
  • Handling other related tasks

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (with legal background)
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications
  • Above average verbal and English writing skills
  • Above average comprehension and analytical skills
  • Excellent hearing acuity or listening skills
