Retail Storekeeper  

Job Summary

Responsible for handling and addressing customer's expectations and concern and also performing activities necessary to keep the operations of the retail store running smoothly.

Job Description

● Maintain a clean and organized record of the daily served and weekly received items at the retail store

● Conduct a regular inventory counts with Inventory Control department ● Request for low inventory replenishment and monitor on hand stock movement

● Prepare the ordered items for scheduled deliveries

● Ensure proper checking and accurate receiving of transferred items from main storage ● Ensure proper labeling of received transferred items

● Keep the store and freezers clean and organized

● Ensure all sales transactions are properly documented (with delivery receipt and sales invoice) and encoded in the system

● Onboarding of all 3PL trucking before loading of items.

● Scanning of retail store served delivery receipts

● Ensure payments are collected before releasing items

● Forward collection concerns to Credit and Collections Team

● Take retail orders from different platforms

● Entertain walk in customers of retail store

● Prepare sales orders and invoices for retail orders

● Accommodate item pick ups from the retail store by preparing and serving the ordered items accurately in a timely manner

● Retail stock coordination with Operations and Sales for the weekly allocation ● Log payments received from retail store platforms/customers

● Update prices in different platforms

• College graduate of any 4 year course
• Three (3) years related work experience
• Keen attention to details
• With good time management skills
• Has strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity
• With customer-centric mindset. Can handle and address customers' expectations and requirements
