Job Description
Job Summary
As Accounting Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing Accounting operations, which include financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Oversee daily transactions and monitor the daily performance of Accounting Associates
- Prepares and presents of monthly budget review and forecast cash position and revenues
- Conducts bank reconciliation
- Reviews and completes bi-weekly payroll
- Responsible for the timely computation of 13th Month Pay and all types of bonuses and incentives including sales commission
- Approves employee’s cash advance request and processes employee loan requests
- Responds to inquiries from other departments
Minimum Qualifications
Job Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experienced with accounting systems would be advantage (Netsuite/Quickbooks)
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Highly analytical, systematic, and works with highest degree of integrity.
- Financial modeling and excellent interpersonal skills
