Credit and Collection Junior Associate  

Reporting directly to the Credit and Collections Officer, the C&C Jr. Associate shall be responsible for providing clerical and administrative services in billing receivables and manages the collection of outstanding debts from clients and customers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Documents all acquired information and updates on accounts
• Communicates with the sales department to maintain accurate and updated information on client accounts and payments
• Commences appropriate actions to ensure collection of outstanding account balances
• Investigates and collects from accounts with overdue invoices
• Identifies customer with overdue accounts and contacts them via messages, call or email regarding their overdue payments and determine the reason for the outstanding debt
• Reviews records for accuracy and handling disputes to make sure that account information is encoded and maintained appropriately
• Assists customers to resolve account problems resulting from incorrect billing, inaccurate information, improper delivery, etc.
• Undertakes research and assemble documentation to support adjustments to account balances and resolving open invoices
• Acts as the company’s representative in taking inbound calls regarding collection concerns
• Processes customer payments, account adjustments and customer refunds where appropriate

• Graduate of any course, preferably related to Finance or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledgeable in Google Suite
• Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
• Has strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity
• Must be willing to work in Brgy. Mambugan, Antipolo
