As an Inventory Analyst, you will be in charge of assisting the Operations Supervisor in managing our inventory through the monitoring of stock levels and maintaining records of incoming deliveries.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Encoding transactions related to incoming stocks into the accounting system (Quickbooks)
- Maintaining various inventory and supplier spreadsheets
- Monitoring inventory levels and flagging reorder points
- Filing of supplier invoices and coordinating with Accounts Payable for payments to suppliers
- Reviewing physical documents and ensuring accuracy with accounting system records
- Generating inventory reports as needed
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the Operations Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.

Required Skill(s): Proficient with MS Office

Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision

With good problem solving and planning skills

Has a positive work attitude.

Ability to meet tight deadlines and result-oriented.
