Job Description
- Assist in monitoring deliveries and coordinating with Sales and clients about delivery inquiries
- Assist in managing and monitoring fleet performance
- Prepare all necessary documents for dispatching, making sure all are accurate.
- Update and maintain Delivery Disposition Report
- Ensure proper documentation of delivery receipts thru scanning and filing
- Ensure all collections from pick up orders and deliveries are complete
- Performs other related work that may be assigned
Schedule
- Mid-shift (6pm to 2am) Mondays to Saturdays
Learning Opportunities:
- You will have an opportunity to learn the end to end process of logistics
- You will have an opportunity to build network with external trucking companies
- You will develop proficiency on Quickbooks
- You wll learn about the Frozen Food Industry
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh Graduate of any course or has a few years of working experience
- Has strong organizational skills
- Calm, Structured, detail- oriented, diligent, and reliable
- Highly motivated, self-driven, disciplined, and assertive
- Fast learner
- Having knowledge about trucks, truck maintenance, and traffic rules is a plus.
