Job Description
The Inventory Assistant (IA) is responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that stocks are sufficient to cover our customers' daily requirements. The IA is in charge of flagging any anomalies, maintaining accurate records, and assisting the Inventory Head in managing the company's inventory.
- Conducts daily inventory count through documents
- Reconciles inventory discrepancies
- Reports any stock issues to management
- Prepares periodic reports, such as inventory balance and variances
- Updates product databases
- Assists Inventory Head
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess a college degree in any field
- Can speak Tagalog and English
- Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft Office applications
- Must have high attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a high level of personal and professional integrity
- Fresh graduates/entry levels are welcome to apply
