Job Description
- Update and maintain financial records using Quickbooks
- Process disbursements and other Accounts Payable transactions
- Assist in preparation of bi-weekly payroll
- Maintain asset database and prepare month-end journal entries
- Manage petty cash fund
- Prepare financial reports as needed
- Perform other accounting related duties as required by immediate supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- Solid accounting background
- Exceptional analytical and planning skills;
- Proficient with Excel and other MS Office programs
- Good communication and presentation skills;
