Job Description
- Identify sales opportunities for new service contracts to achieve sales budget.
- Communicate and report sales activity in sales reports as directed for new business gains and additional business growth from existing accounts.
- Work closely with other Ecolab associates and division to identify sales opportunities of Pest Elimination Services to existing Ecolab accounts.
- Participate in marketing and sales blitz programs as directed.
- Manage and communicate price reviews for existing accounts to ensure the level of sales is profitable.
- Liaise with the Field Sales & Service Manager and Field Operations Manager for all new installations.
- Adhere to company and customer OHS policies, procedures, and rules.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous direct sales experience, selling technical services in a B2B sales environment.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledgeable of the pest industry, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation systems.
- Marketing skills to build brand awareness, value proposition, and pricing and service concepts.
- Time management skills.
- Capability to plan effectively and to execute out sales plans in a timely and efficient manner.
- Good attention to detail, consistent follow through, and reliable documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Computer literacy skills with good knowledge of Windows based operating system programs.
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to selling and managing customer expectations with all stakeholders.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with people at all levels.
- Current and valid driver’s license
