Sales and Service Representative | Taguig

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in servicing an area or territory of Institutional accounts which include hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and schools among others
• Plans and executes efficient daily calls to maximize productivity
• Deals directly with customers and is expected to provide prompt, personal and reliable service to each customer.
• Must combine sales and/or prospecting skills with electro-mechanical aptitude and the ability to install and repair equipment
• Makes progress on new accounts or new product penetration each month
• Must perform and meet each month’s customer service coverage plan of area or territory

• Bachelor's Degree
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• MS Office familiarity
• Willing to work long hours
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Technical Abilities:

• Knowledge of products and their applications.
• Knowledge of safe and effective products uses procedures.
• Must be able to install equipment and adjust it to particular operating parameters.
• Can perform preventive equipment maintenance.
• Can train customers on the use of Ecolab products
