Job Description
- Responsible day-to-day, monthly, and year-end operations and consolidation of various financial information
- Responsible for preparing and analysis of various financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement
- Review and process transactions and reconciliations in accordance to accounting standards
- Perform general accounts analysis and recon, including bank statements, fixed assets, accruals and prepaid expenses
- Ability to perform the processing of functional and benefit expense allocations, monthly accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, fixed assets, depreciation and recording of adjusting and reclassification of journal entries, if necessary
- Manage the recording of cash receipts, recording of revenue and ensure that revenues and receivables are reconciled at any given time
- Proactively contribute to review and creation of accounting related policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Accountancy
- Real Estate background a plus
- Preferably with up to 1 year experience but fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Demonstrate a proficient level of professional skills and knowledge in accounting
- Knowledgeable in current tax laws and SEC regulations
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
- Willingness to be trained and work the hours necessary to beat the deadlines
- Ability to clearly communicate with all levels of management
