Job Description
- Prepare pertinent documents and handle other documentation requirements relevant to the purchase of company's property.
- Recieve duly signed contracts with requirements from buyers and checks the completeness of documents submitted.
- Entertains inquiries of buyers and conduct follow-ups.
- Prepares all reports required by his/her superiors on set deadline.
- Serve as liaison to other departments.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree, any field;
- Computer Literate (proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications);
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Documentation and Organizational skills;
- Able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision;
- With background in Real Estate back office is an advantage;
- Cover letter and complete resume is required upon application;
- Required language: English
