Job Description
The Accountant shall be responsible for:
- The over-all direction, management & control of all financial & accounting functions of the company. Scope of responsibility includes financial & cost accounting, investment & funds management, asset & management accounting, internal audit & taxation.
- The preparation of various financial reports & completion of a project financial analysis to determine accuracy and completeness of information.
- Maintaining up-to-date working knowledge of various government regulations applicable to project grants & contracts.
- Maintaining files & documentation thoroughly & accurately in accordance with company policies & accepted accounting procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
- Computer literate
- With a minimum of 2 years experience in Real Estate Industry
- Must have an in-depth & thorough knowledge & exposure in financial & cost accounting, investment & funds management, asset & management accounting, internal audit & taxation
- Result-oriented & must be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
- Cover letter and complete resume are required upon application
- Required language: English
