Job Description
- Coordinates internal resources/departments and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
- Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Measure project performance and KPI's using appropriate tools, systems and techniques
Minimum Qualifications
- Can craft extensive presentations that show concise and clear workflows and timelines
- Can communicate (preferably in English, oral or written) clearly with internal and external stakeholders/ team members
- Can troubleshoot and identify points of improvement and recommend alternative solutions quickly
- Has knowledge on the different multimedia requirements needed for integrated marketing campaigns
- Is skilled with mounting digital campaigns and constructing editorial calendars based on latest trends and brand requirements
- Experience in handling projects for (but not limited to) advertising, ATL, BTL, and integrated media campaigns
- Knowledge in quality control pipelines and assurance of multiple multimedia packages
- Has experience in creating and maintaining extensive project documentation reports
- Has experience in leading and managing campaign challenges or obstacles
- Has extensive experience in handling social media platforms (mainly Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter)
- Has extensive experience in digital media buying (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Display Network, et. al)
- Google Certification is an advantage
- Has extensivge experience in creating social media reports based on data analytics and insights
