Job Description
- Create drawings based on the specifications provided by designers, architects and engineers.
- Receives sketches or instructions from these professionals, and he has to translate it onto the software.
- Given a strict deadline by which he has to turn in the designs.
- Plans have to be drafted on the computer, but sometimes he may have to design by hand as well. Instructions about the tools required, the ideal materials and procedure are also a part of this process.
- Make sure that the plan meets prescribed architectural or manufacturing standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably have at least 2-years of office professional experience on office layout and space solutions;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Computer Literate;
