- Identify international business development opportunities to enhance and grow the ECA brand in the Philippines.
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns / strategy for the promotion of all ECA programs.
- Represent the ECA Group of Colleges at a variety of opportunities such as onshore / offshore marketing events, educational fairs, and meeting with international visitors and agents.
- Provide Partner Education Agents training on all ECA courses (Selling Points, Admission Procedures, etc.)
- Perform an agent partner performance review.
- Monitor and evaluate by conducting an annual review of all agents.
- Perform recruitment of education partners from the Philippines.
- Maintain partner agencies profile and folder up to date on ECA systems.
- Manage a network of education agents and VIP partners in the Philippines.
- To promote and sell ECA through the channel to prospective international students.
- Manage and respond to market related enquires via walk-in, phone, or email).
- Issue and proactively provide solutions resolutions for market challenges as they arise.
- Provide market analysis, information, and guidance to ECA Marketing Communications Department and/or to other range of internal stakeholders of opportunities for international development and recruitment from international markets.
- Organise distribution of marketing promotion (brochures) to deliver onshore or offshore.
- Guide and support ECA social media campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's / College degree in any of the following:
- Business Studies.
- Business Administration.
- Business Management.
- Marketing or equivalent.
- Work experience of at least 2 years in Marketing is preferred.
- Work experience of at least 1 year in Marketing specifically in the Education Industry is an advantage.
- Social advertising experience is also an advantage.
- Background in international education is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
