JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise the facilities Section that is responsible for building and maintaining the best physical setup based on defined parameters conductive or productive work and business transactions.
- Property Management
- Renovation management
- Renovation of buildings/ premises new facilities, operating and maintenance of facilities (Condition Assessment, Maintenance)
- Lease management
- Risk Management (Safety and Health Management)
- Facility Planning
- Ensure provision of cost efficient preventive/ corrective maintenance is within TAT through daily monitoring/ actual inspection and prepares Project Completion Data (PPD).
- Invite, evaluate and recommend qualified contractors based on the standard criteria for accreditation that will provide high quality and economical service per project.
- Handle planning, Estimating and management of cost and time duration through bar chart report to ensure project TAT is achieved.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or any other related course with professional license (board passer).
- Proven working experience in construction management.
- Leadership and human resources management skills.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
- Familiarity with construction management software packages.
- Ability to plan and see the “big picture."
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
