- Closely coordinate with the other departments in identifying key metrics, data collection methodologies and dashboard design
- Prepare reports and dashboards which will effectively communicate org-wide performance
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly presentations to the Board of Directors and to the Management Committee
- Analyze data with basic statistical methods, interpret results and provide written summaries of data analyses
- Assist other departments in conducting research on a protocol, initiative or policy
- Continuously track the operations and finances of key competitors to adopt best practices and to manage threats
- Prepare and publish the quarterly Competitor Intelligence report to the organization
- Assist the Head of Corporate Planning in conducting the annual planning
- Prepare the annual Strategic Plan
- Effectively communicate the annual strategic plan to the organization
- Assist in the agenda-setting, preparation of presentation and facilitation of the quarterly strategic review meetings
- Gather pertinent data for budget purposes
- Develop budgeting templates for company-wide use
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics or equivalent;
- At least 1 year of working experience in Corporate Planning as Analyst.
- New graduates may be considered
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills.
