- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports for process improvements
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through the resolution
- Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through empowerment
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, Business Administration, or related field
- Preferable work in Retail or Banking/Remittance industry
- With 5-7 years experience working in customer oriented industry; minimum 3 years in Supervisory or Managerial position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership skills, presentation skills, decision-making skills and operational efficiency
- Willing to work on rotating shifts during weekends and holidays (as business requires)
- Customer Service Training, Signature and ID Verification, AMLA Training
