Responsibilities:
- Promotes the "one-stop-shop" store set-up of eBiz and cross-sell Western Union and other eBiz products and services either face to face or via telephone setting
- Conducts selling activities (e.g. client calls/visits, etc.) to increase branch transaction volume and profitability
- Handles over-the-counter (OTC) transactions (of products and services offered by eBiz) according to prescribed policies, guidelines, processes, and service level agreements
