The Sales Key Accounts Manager manages the portfolio of BPO, Property Management and Construction accounts which includes but are not limited to:
- Maintain relationships with existing clients using the existing network of industry contacts that generate business.
- Operate as the lead point of contact on any and all matters specific to the client/customer.
- Increase the number of new accounts especially for the BPO industry.
- Achieve annual sales targets.
- Monitor the project management implementation by constantly coordinating all necessary requests and operational activities to ensure required deliverables committed to the client are met.
- Deliver sales presentations, attend client meetings, and compel administrative work as required.
- Ensure continuous and recurring revenues by making the customer/client happy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably at least 3 years of work experience as a Key Account Specialist for LGU, Telco, and BPO.
- Has excellent network of connections.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Above average understanding of the network and security business.
