Position Summary
We are seeking an organized, self-motivated office administrator to join our growing organization. In this position, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks. As you will provide office support and coordinate office activities, a positive attitude and attention to detail are a must. We are excited to meet you!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and providing assistance as needed
- Monitor and maintain office equipment; inventory supplies and order replacement supplies as needed
- Create, update, and maintain personnel records, financial records, and other records/data
- Assist with bookkeeping
- Support department managers, staff, and CEO
- Organize conference room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning
- Organize, stock and re-order catering (daily lunch for team), coffee, or other refreshments as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements for office staff and managers
- Coordinate building and maintenance issues for general repair and updates
- Plan and oversee disaster and emergency procedures
- Organize special functions and social events
- Purchase computers, printers, supplies, and other equipment
- Monitor incoming and outgoing mail; receive and sign for mail/packages from couriers and deliver to the proper recipient
- Prepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
- Assist other departments with administrative or clerical support
- All other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field preferred
- Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities or related field
- Proficient computer skills, including Google/Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must.
- Highly organized who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
