Job Description

Responsible for:

The key responsibilities of Service deliver Support are to accurately execute tasks that support the
service delivery management of the account's customers:

These tasks are aligned to:

  • Customer Reporting
  • Customer Billing Governance
  • Customer Transitions
  • Customer Documentation and service requests
  • Contract Governance Support
  • Process Improvement

Main Activates

  • Monitor the Scheduled Generation of Automated reports to ensure the relevant data available to the Service Delivery Managers.
  • Configure and design automated reporting to further develop and enhance the customer’s reporting experience.
  • Provide customer documentation relating to any service changes.
  • Manage the end to end process cycle for relevant Service Order Forms
  • Provide Governance and Guidance to the Billing Team and Service Delivery Managers throughout the invoicing cycle on a monthly basis
  • Provide Service Delivery Managers assistance with customer and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain all data repository and system integrity
  • Participate in team initiatives that support the improvement of the services we provide to customers
  • Work with the Service Delivery Managers to provide timely and high-quality results on service delivery tasks
  • Provide the support for Customer and Service Transition request through the On/Off Boarding processes.
  • Actively participate in transformation projects as required to ensure the needs and requirements of Service Delivery are met.
  • Actively participate in works required to improve end to end business change.

Other Activities

Provide cross-functional assistance to all account leads on approved from the Service
Delivery Support Manager or Head of Service Delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

Technical Experience

  • Must have intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) for ad hoc reporting
  • Preferably someone who has worked at an IT Business field or at a Telecommunications industry
  • Creating Reports
  • Experience using CRM / Ticketing System
  • Preferably someone with ITIL Certification
  • B2B coordination - working with local and international teams
