Job Description
Support to Sales Team and Product Managers
- Provide real-time support to sales team and product managers to facilitate sales activities and address sales-related issues
- Provide relevant data that could guide and assist the sales team such as new product and feature launches
- Work with Sales Team and Product Managers in the development of specific sales strategies and suggest sales process improvements
Records keeping, reporting, and documentation
- Prepare sales reports, marketing materials, and written communication as necessary
- Prepare accreditation and bidding requirements or other such documents needed to facilitate a sale
- Develop Sales tracking tool to monitor sales activities and status of invoices
- Develop and monitor performance indicators
- Provide reports on monthly and quarterly sales trends, expenses, as well as status reports of actuals vs. targets
- Monitor PhilGeps and other sources and relevant sites for bid opportunities
- Organize sales data and records. Responsible for the compilation of documents for Closed and On-going Projects
Minimum Qualifications
- BS Marketing or degree in any business course or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Support associate or related job function
- Proficiency in computer programs such as MSOffice (MSWord, MS Excel, and Powerpoint)
- In-depth understanding of sales principles & customer service practices
- with experience in preparation of bidding documents an advantage
- Hands-on experience with SAP is a plus
