The position mainly entails extending technical support to Product Managers and Sales personnel within and outside of Metro Manila. Some of the functions include:
- Providing technical support to Product Managers in the installation, commissioning, programming, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment as needed
- Supporting Sales Personnel in product presentations, product demo, and product training
- Ensuring proper operation and maintenance of tools, equipment, instruments, and software utilized and ensuring its optimal performance and functionality
- Overseeing site operations and providing necessary support during project implementation such as manpower and resource allocation, provision of materials, adherence to safety standards, proper use of machinery and equipment
Minimum Qualifications

Degree in ECE or Electronics Engineering, with a professional license

Good technical know-how; can easily grasp and understand operation and functionalities of technical products offered

Preferably with experience in installation, service, and maintenance of equipment, programming, troubleshooting of instruments an advantage

Customer-oriented, decisive, with excellent aptitude and problem-solving abilities

Good presentation, verbal and written communication skills

Detail oriented with a strong commitment to quality standards

Willing to travel out-of-town
