Job Description
- Handles Business Development Planning.
- Takes care of New Business Development, including the following:
- Prospect for potential new clients
- Cold calls for potential clients
- Set up meetings between clients and company’s leaders
- Participate in pricing solution/service
- Create actionable sales plan for accounts handled
- Distribution planning
- Conducts weekly, monthly, and annual progress sales reports and ensures date is accurate.
- Sets sales targets and ensures it is met by the team.
- Tracks and records accounts.
- Helps to close deals to meet targets.
- Ensures client retention by:
- Presenting new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Working with internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
