Job Description
- Maintain and add new features to the company’s Django app based on agreed technical specifications
- Model and implement intricate data structures relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Create, implement, and edit Django templates with HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
- Help maintain the production environment running on Ubuntu with Nginx, Gunicorn, Celery, Redis and other tools frequently deployed alongside Django web apps
- Deploy your changes to staging and production servers frequently so that managers can see progress and feel connected to the process
- Work collaboratively with the development team using Git
- Follow agile development methodologies and take part in weekly team scrums and standup meetings
- Be highly involved in meetings with the CEO to discuss the new features to be implemented to the company’s Django app
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
- Should have some experience in any Web Framework
- Thorough Knowledge of SQL and Database system design
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/ Javascript/JQuery is preferred
- Must be willing to work in West Avenue, Quezon City
