Job Description
- Assist the Project Manager in all phases and aspects of the project;
- Assist in planning, organising, controlling and directing the implementation of all ongoing projects;
- Responsible for communicating with people involved in a project (owners, vendors, subcontractors, etc.) and with a design team;
- Typically review plans and drawings, prepare estimates according to budgets, and oversee construction schedules;
- To work with engineers, builders, owners and people who oversee the financial aspects of the project;
- To work with safety personnel to ensure that such requirements are being legally met;
- Should be able to smoothly handle a variety of situations and problems that may arise--sometimes several at once-- and either solve them or work with others involved in order to come to cooperative resolution;
- Must be able to do their work regardless what is happening around them;
- Work is mental and may involve certain physical capabilities in an indoor or outdoor setting, and can handle everything from small to huge construction project.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer;
- Preferably with 5 years' of experience in the same field;
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, AutoCADD);
- With Construction Occupational Safety and Health Training (COSH);
- Must know how to use and create GANTT CHARTS;
- Excellent people management skills;
- Fluent in English and Filipino;
- Critical thinker;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required;
- Full time job (Monday to Saturday);
- Maybe based where the project is (housing is provided);
- Current project location: Calamba, Laguna.
