Job Description
- Prepare time sheet of weekly employees
- Coordinates with the contractors for billing
- Prepare Progress Billing Report every end of the month to be submitted to client for payment
- Prepare and control expenses for site use
- Prepare salary and meal allowances of site employees every week
- Prepare weekly accomplishment report
- Proper coordination with the Purchasing Department regarding construction materials
- Ensure all employees have complete safety uniform
- Oversees safety in the job site
- Assist the project manager for projected related concerns
- Full time job (Monday to Saturday)
- Maybe based where the project is (housing is provided)
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in the same field;
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Auto CADD);
- With Construction Occupational Safety and Health Training (COSH);
- Must know how to use and creat GANTT CHARTS;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
