Job Description
- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
- Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports
- Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
- Ensure that all government mandated benefits reports are compiled time to time. (Social Security System, HDMF, Philhealth).
- Repoting newly hired employees using R1-A & ER2
- Responsible for online processing the BIR (1902, 1905, and 2304)
- Checking of requirements and Loan applications.
- Computation of Benefits
- Ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by immediate superior
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Strong communication Skill
- Require skill(s) Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 3-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
