Port | Terminal Manager  

Duties and Responsibilities:

Terminal Manager - Plant Manager, Unit head, Stakeholder management (comrel, vendor management), KPI manager, CAPEX, OPEX, acting HR

• Direct transportation activities to maintain efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor budget, operational metrics, and compliance throughout the terminal.
• Oversee the entire terminal, including driver and dispatch personnel.
• Handle customer complaints and revise processes to improve service.
• Experience in scheduling work, shop-organization operations, and engines/operating systems
• Evaluate and develop market by reviewing customers, equipment, pricing, and competition
• Insure that all equipment meets the company quality standards and specific customer applications
• Acts as approving/issuing authority of critical work permits of contractors
• In charge of managing and control of transportation of products to customers and ensuring compliance with local laws and corporate safety and environmental standards as well as ensuring the efficiency of the order entry/dispatch, and billing processes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Industrial), Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain, Dispatch, Operations, and Customer Service Sales experience or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization
• Ability to execute broad guidelines from management and not be managed by individual tasks
• Ability to take full accountability for day to day business operations of a Terminal
