Job Description
- Plan and schedule projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates, maintain records and files and prepare reports.
- Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements.
- Approve construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases; obtaining approvals from buyers
- Resolve design and development problems
- Schedule material and equipment purchases and deliveries
- Ensure projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil).
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Supervisor with 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil or equivalent.
- Experience in construction in a plant set-up preferably in Cement Industry or equivalent.
- Ability to lead and operate project teams and communicate clearly to the intended audience.
