Job Description
- Presents training, facilitates workshops, and leadscross organisational working groups and action learning sets
- Leads the development and implementation of the corporate Organisational Development and Learning & Development Strategies, Plans and Policies.
- Manages implementation against agreed corporate time frames, budget and reporting against agreed performance measures.
- Develops, implements, and monitors training programs within an organization.
- Supervises technical training for staff.
- Conducts orientation sessions.
- Assists with planning, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of labor relations, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, diversity, and compensation programs.
- Identifies/incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
- Provides a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures.
- Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments.
- Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor's/College Degree , Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.

5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
