Job Description
- Recommend and present revision of the ff: estimation of bar chart, man hour, drawing plans and scope of works.
- Give accurate forecast cost calculation of remaining work.
- Efficiently drive the work performed, related to the standard and quality of the on-going project and maintain control of scope and schedule.
- Deliberate on choosing skilled workers.
- Manage project cost, manhour savings, and budget cost savings.
- Timely accomplish punchlist review evaluation and billing accomplishment.
- Provide accurate project close out report, AS Built drawings, commisioning reports, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree or a Professional license (Passed Board/Bar
- /Professional License Exam), in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably a Supervisor with 5 years of experience specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive, Cement, Mining, Oil and Gas, or its equivalent.
- Wlling to be assigned in Bulacan and/ or Cebu.
