Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, health and safety, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
- Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confident
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in different facets of HR.
- At least 4-5 years experience as an HR Generalist.
- Excellent communication skills and pleasing personality.
