Job Description
- Manage and develop the crusher team employees' such as crusher operator, stacker operator and equipment area tender to achieve establish goals, safety, environmental performance, production volume, quality, service and cost.
- Coordinate with the repair and maintenance of equipment through the maintenance department to ensure continuous working operation.
- In-charge of planning and approving work schedule of personnel.
- Prepare Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Sectional KPIs and Performance Report.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
- Exposure in the Cement, Aggregates, Mining or related industry (w/ Crushing Process) is required.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Ability to mentor regarding quarry and crusher equipment's function and principles.
- Able to operate Crusher, Ballmill, roller press, and other equipment around the area.
